Program Description:
The Phlebotomy Technician Program is designed to help the students develop the necessary theoretical and clinical skills such as: drawing blood samples, collecting specimens, and performing basic laboratory procedures to enable them to work in different settings such as: hospitals, nursing homes, medical clinics, medical laboratories, and blood banks.

Program Objectives:
The purpose of this program is to train students to work as phlebotomy technician in different settings such as: hospitals, nursing homes, medical clinics, medical laboratories, and blood banks. Upon successful completion of this program, the students will be able to sit for the Certified Phlebotomy Technician Examination.

Progress Requirements for Graduation
Currently, we only offer diploma programs. Students are required to earn at least a C for every attempted course to pass them. In addition, they have to maintain an average cumulative GPA of at least C throughout their course of study to successfully complete their program.
